Transfers

If you arranged for a transfer, related exclusively to the start of the program, a transfer will be waiting for you as previously agreed. Our standard transfers are from Tivat or Podgorica airport. Bus, train or ferry station if agreed at the time of booking. Meet your driver in the lobby of the airport. Driver will have a KITELOOP sign. If your trip does not include transfers, or you would like us to help you travel around Montenegro for any other purpose, additional transfers can be arranged with our partners.

Early arrivals/Extended stay

If you are planning to arrive before the start of your program or you just want to enjoy Montenegro longer after your program ends, you are welcome to book additional accommodation, activities or other services with us. Our services are available to everyone, so don’t hesitate to ask your instructor/guide or call the office with your requests or ideas. Our staff knows the area well, and they can give you valuable advice and instructions regarding the rest of your holiday, especially those you won’t find in tourist guide books.

Note on itinerary

Standard itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, water levels, special events of interest. Kiteloop instructors/guides will do their utmost to ensure the best possible experience for you without compromising safety at any time. This may mean changing the original itinerary to avoid discomfort or risk which could be caused by exceptional situations. Kiteloop reserves the right to alter the itinerary without prior notice due to force majeure.

Organizational and group relations

You will be guided by experienced and licensed members of our team. Because of these qualities, your instructors/guides will always operate in safety-conscious manner.

Upon your arrival your instructor/guide  will give you safety instructions for commencing the first day activity. Please listen to them carefully. Safety instructions are there for a reason, and compliance with safety rules will make your stay more comfortable and reduce the risks to their absolute minimum. Please listen to your guides’ instructions at all times – they are trained professionals very familiar with the environment. Their first concern is your safety and then your experience and good times. If the program services are incomplete or executed below standard and in low quality, or if for any reason during your trip you encounter something you are not satisfied with, please talk to your guide, representative or booking agent right away in order to find a satisfactory change or replacement.

Trip questionnaire

We care what you think. So, it is in our interest to gather important, relevant information and feedback from you and other group members and fellow travellers. You can help us with that by filling out the questionnaire your instructor/guide will hand you at the end of your program. All information is valuable. We are always open for constructive criticism and all suggestions to make our services better will be taken into consideration. We need your feedback in order to provide the best possible service to our guests.

Gratuity

We believe that tips should reflect good service and your satisfaction with the instructor/guide. If you feel your instructor/guide did an outstanding job and you would like to reward them for their efforts, we suggest a tip starting from 15 euros. Tipping is voluntary and completely at your discretion. Your own currency or Euro is acceptable. Usually, group members put all gratuities in an envelope and present it to the instructor/guide during dinner on the final evening of the trip.
