Payments and refunds
We offer three forms of payment you can use in the process of booking your holiday or your training; whichever payment option you choose, after we receive the money, we will send you the invoice via e-mail.
PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. Online money transfers serve as electronic alternatives to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. A PayPal account can be funded with an electronic debit from a bank account or by a credit card. The recipient of a PayPal transfer can request a check from PayPal, establish their own PayPal deposit account or request a transfer to their bank account.
The PayPal Buyer Protection Policy states that the customer may file a buyer complaint within 45 days if they did not receive an item or if the item they purchased was significantly not as described. If the buyer used a credit card, they might get a refund via chargeback from their credit-card company. You will receive an email confirmation of payment and reservation.
2.Online Credit Card Payment (Braintree payments)
If your choice of payment will be by Credit Card, you need to agree to leave your credit card data in Secure Vault even if you have to wait for your booking confirmation.
Braintree (Paypal Company) makes it easy to accept payments. This is a version of e-payment and it is 100% confidential and safe. When you insert your credit card info (Diners, Visa, Meastro or Master Card) on amount agreed, the payment goes through and in few days we receive the money. After we receive the money, we will send you the invoice via e-mail. Payments are securely and instantly processed online via Braintree payment gateway. You will receive an email confirmation of payment and reservation.
All payments will be effected in Euros. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into your local currency according to the current exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.
No wind refund (*)
If there is no wind or too much wind on the day of your course we will rebook a time that suits you or refund any unused lesson time if you can’t come back. You will never lose any lesson time. We believe you should get real value from your lessons, so if the conditions mean you are not going to progress or get the most out of your session, we won’t waste your time and charge you for it.
We ask you to call the night before or the morning of your kitesurf lesson to check conditions. This will save you a wasted journey if you have a long way to travel, and the wind is not going to be good. We will then rebook to another time.
(*) No wind refunds only apply to direct booking of kitesurfing lessons and do not apply to kitesurfing holiday packages.
Fair cancellation policy
If you cancel your booked session and we can fill your place we will refund your deposit or rebook your date. If we can’t fill your place and have previously turned other students away because of your booking, you may forfeit your deposit.
